In a large house under renovation, apartment for 6/8 people complete on the first floor with terrace, on the edge of the forest of Chaux. 25 min from Dole (30/35 from Tavaux) and 25 min from Besançon, 15 min from Arc et Senans. Numerous sites and hikes nearby. (Royal Saltworks, thermal baths, Citadel, caves...) 2 km from the Véloroute (Eurovélo6) and very close to the Doubs river. Breakfast and/or dinner baskets available upon request in advance. Possibility to rent the bedrooms individually. The space Large first floor apartment with roof terrace. Ideal for 6/8 people: 3 large bedrooms each with a double bed with cupboard/dressing room. 4th bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe. Only one bathroom. Access to the garden in season with terrace and barbecue (shared with my family and me) Guest access Entire place with private roof terrace. Access to the garden, with large table and barbecue. Other things to note The beds are made on arrival. There are dish towels, sponge, cleaning kit, dishwashing liquid, salt, oil, etc. in the accommodation. The cleaning fee includes disinfection and deep cleaning, as well as laundry, but the accommodation must be left tidy and clean. Towels are not provided but we can offer them to you.
