-Private annexe at far end of garden with double sofabed -Toilet and shower room -Built in blinds in bifold doors -Access through garden gate -Own private use of hot tub & gym (attached to adjoining garage) -Hammock -TV -Free on road parking -Close to village amenities,shops & pub -30min walk downhill to Bath centre or 10 min bus ride,bus stop 2mins from house -No kitchen but tea,coffee & fresh milk in room -Use of fridge in adjoining garage -Breakfast NOT provided but cafe & Coop 5 mins walk Other things to note -We have two friendly Labradors who you may see in the garden sometimes. -Maximum of 1 dog is welcome but please do not allow on any furniture. If evidence of dog hair/mud on bed linen or furniture an extra cleaning charge will added. -Please do not use the hot tub after 11:30pm.
