Escape to this creekside cabin! Blending rustic charm with modern comforts, this cozy home is tucked away in a peaceful, wooded setting - yet only minutes from town. It’s the perfect spot to relax and recharge. Enjoy excellent cell service and reliable, high-speed internet despite the secluded location. Two bedrooms feature queen beds, while the third offers a twin and bean bag that folds out into a futon. The third bedroom has a small desk for those who WFH. One bathroom includes a shower and toilet, while the other features a tub and toilet. Kitchen is well-equipped with electric range, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, pots/pans, stand mixer, small blender, microwave, drip coffee machine or mini-Keurig, and some spices. Washer and dryer available for use. Heating and air conditioning via mini-split. Additional heating with wood stove in living room, as well as portable electric units and radiant wall panels in each bedroom. Relax on the deck area with fenced side yard perfect for dogs, or explore the unfenced yard adjacent to the creek. The deck also has an outdoor dining table. Fire pit in yard available for use; wood is provided in shed to left of garage. And of course we have to mention the hot tub overlooking the creek! It's wonderful in any weather. It is an older model, three-seater. We use chemicals to clean and sanitize the hot tub between guests, and it gets a full drain and re-fill every 3-4 months. Please feel free to add water from the nearby hose as needed. If the hot tub needs extra servicing, please notify us so we can accommodate. Convenient free parking in driveway. Level 2 EV charger - but 16amp limit so it’s on the slower side - available inside garage (no remote or code so press manual button inside to access). Expect some spiders and bugs due to the wooded surroundings; we regularly remove cobwebs, but they're persistent creatures! Watch your step on the stones and watch overhead for branches. Guest access The entire house and yard are yours to use. Access is via code on the front door. Other things to note If inclement weather is predicted, let's discuss a plan. The road to access the property can be hazardous when freezing, and power may go out in the area due to the abundant trees.
