Casa Brunate "THE THREE CONNECTIONS"

Located in Via ai Piani, in the panoramic area of Brunate, it's situated just a few minutes walk from the "Funicolare" which is directly connected to the centre of Como near the Como's lake. The flat includes a large master bedroom, a bathroom, a furnished kitchen and a living room, all in a 20th century house, with a wonderful view towards the city of Como, which can host up to 4 people. The space The flat (60 sqmt), quiet and sunny, it extends on two floors connected through a spiral staircase. The first floor presents a furnished kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed (for two people), a large dining table and a television with Chromecast and Amazon Fire Stick. The upper floor has the bedroom with a double (single bed and baby camp cot on demand) , a passageway and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Guest access Brunate is located at around 700 metres above the sea level and the street that leads there is quiet narrow and tortuous. If you are patient enough though, it will most certainly be worth it. The access to the house is on the street and there are some parking lots available along the road a few metres before the door. Other things to note ONE SMALL PET is allowed. Service animals are always allowed. The tourist tax (municipal tax) is included 3 Euros per person per day.
