First floor is open concept/studio style with a large kitchenette, dinette, sectional sofa, and queen size bed. The bathroom is located on this floor as well. The loft has one full size bed, but will require guest to go downstairs to use the restroom. Dining is also available at an outside bar on the deck. Guest access Guest May access the deck, the garage apartment, and utilize 1 parking space. Parking is shared with the neighboring house. Other things to note Please note that this is a loft apartment. You do have to climb several steps to enter. Also note, that the house next door is owner occupied, but the loft is private.
