Dunsborough is just a 10 minute drive and just minutes from some of the South Wests, famous wineries and beaches. The surrounding area is adorned with stunning wildflowers, and there's plenty of space for you to relax and breathe in the fresh air. The main living area is designed to provide an open-plan space where you can feel free to relax, with the kitchen, lounge, dining, and pool table connected seamlessly. This large space is tailored to cater to all your needs, whether you want to whip up some delicious meals in the kitchen or engage in some fun games with your friends and family. Additionally, the property has a separate kids’ playroom that is equipped with a television, plenty of toys, and books for your little ones to enjoy. The Master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, with an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, and a ceiling fan. The Second bedroom contains a queen bed, a wardrobe, and a ceiling fan. In the Third bedroom, you'll find three spacious single beds, a wardrobe, and a ceiling fan. Lastly, the fourth bedroom features a queen bed, a wardrobe, and a ceiling fan. The linen we use in all bedrooms is from adairs. This beautifully appointed home features two fully functional bathrooms, one of which can be found conveniently in the master bedroom while the other is situated towards the back of the house, close to the other rooms. Each bathroom is equipped with everything you need, from shampoos and conditioners to soaps and lotions. In addition to the abundance of amenities, the bathrooms boast a luxurious bathtub as well as two amazing showers, making it easy for everyone to get ready in the morning without a hassle. The two toilets further increase the convenience of this stunning home, ensuring that everyone can use the restroom comfortably during their stay. The laundry facility includes a washing machine and a clothes line. There is also an iron and ironing board provided for your convenience. The kitchen is fully furnished with various appliances and is equipped with all cookware, a soda stream, a coffee machine, plates, utensils, and glasses. We also have rain water to drink on the property, with UV, and charcoal filters.
