Enjoy amazing sunsets from this corner unit on the 11th floor in the brand-new Yates on Yates building. The designer kitchen consists of high-quality stainless-steel appliances. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and closet. The unit also features a large entry closet and washer/dryer. The single sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping space for one additional guest. The unit comes with internet, smart TV with cable package and secure underground parking for one vehicle. Guest access Please enjoy the common rooftop terrace with lounge chairs and BBQs.. There is bike storage but please inquire before bringing your bikes. Other things to note MINIMUM 90 DAYS rental effective May 1, 2024. PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage. PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE is 7 feet. MAXIMUM LENGTH is 18 feet. If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction. CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. All properties are NON SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25. No pets allowed. Bike storage may be available upon request. This property has a single sofa bed for an extra sleeping space for one guest. VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control. There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings. No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP. Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere.
