For additional guests (up to a maximum of 10), there is a fee of $35 per person, per day to account for added liability, wear, tear, and cleaning. This fee applies only to guests exceeding 6. • Sunroom: Please note, the sunroom is not heated. • Parties & Events: Parties or similar gatherings are strictly prohibited.
