Our kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and all the essentials for preparing a delicious home-cooked meal for a relaxing evening in. On one side of the living room, discover two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The first bedroom features a queen bed and a wall-mounted smart TV, while the second bedroom delights younger guests with a bunk bed, children's table and chairs, and a selection of books and toys for endless entertainment. This bedroom also includes its own wall-mounted smart TV. Ascend the steps past the full bathroom to unveil the spacious third bedroom on the second floor. Here, you'll find a queen bed, a convenient half bathroom, and a cozy reading nook where you can savor your morning coffee. This bedroom also offers a wall-mounted TV and built-in storage space for your belongings. Entertainment awaits in the basement, just off the dining nook, with ping pong, foosball, giant Connect Four, and a variety of board games to keep both kids and adults entertained. For added convenience, the basement also features a washer and dryer. If you plan to check in later than 8pm please make sure to review the check in instructions as we may not be available after that time. Please note our extra guest policy: For over 6 guests there's a fee of $35 per person, per day, to account for added liability, wear, tear, and cleaning. The fee is applicable for the number over guests exceeding 6. We would allow up to 10 guests. We strictly prohibit the organization of parties or similar events at our property. This policy is integral to ensuring the comfort, security, and satisfaction of all our guests, as well as the maintenance and preservation of our property and the peace of the surrounding community. No pets. No weapons allowed. All outdoor music/noise must cease by 10pm.
