Home is at the end of the block, away from busy street traffic. Fresh bed linens and towels in each room. Fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. BBQ grill available upon request Swimming pool is divided with a small wading pool for children under 4 years old and the main pool is up to 7 feet deep. There is seating area on the perimeter of the pool. Iron and pool towels are available on the bottom floor. There is no elevator to access 2nd and 3rd floors. Guest access Beachfront pool/garden is steps away from the ocean. Waves can be strong in the area so refrain from entering pass knee deep if someone is not a strong swimmer. Home is close to 2 restaurants and a short walk to taxi/bus stop. Designated parking spots allows to park 2 cars securely. Off street parking for 2 additional cars. Entire home is accessible to guests except for the storage and utility rooms. 2 extra bathrooms with shower on ground floor. Other things to note We enjoy hosting a variety of visitors. To ensure, all guests enjoy please do not steal anything from the property. We take inventory of items in the house and a penalty charge will be enforced if something is taken. Nature is a blessing for all generations. We expect that guests will keep the beach clean and put garbage in garbage cans. To avoid sand in the pool, shower before entering the swimming pool.
