My quaint little escape

Quiet home, quit area, quiet neighbors looking accepting quiet guests. Cozy and clean. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Moments from 1-57 and 1-94 expressways. plenty of eateries, 2 grocery stores, parks and more. Take a moment to sit in the yard and grill or light the fire pit and relax. Just a quiet, cozy, quaint little home, available for you to come and relax for business or pleasure. The space Three bedroom home. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and one queen bed in each. Downstairs, one bedroom with two twin beds. Guest access All of the basement, with the exception of the furnance room, under the stairs and front closet in the basement is open to you. The backyard is also yours to enjoy. Just please respect the neighbors and their quiet times. Other things to note 30 and older only for bookings. ABSOLUTELY, NO parties at this home. Violators will be fined heavily as well as asked to leave immediately. No more than 10 guests allowed and up to 6 are allowed to stay overnight. This home was built in 1954. It is old but has great bones. Vinegar and bleach solutions are used to clean it. Everything is laundered and sanitized after each guest exits. This is not a perfect place but it can be home for you while you are here if you want. This is My Quaint Little Escape, not The Hilton. Please keep in mind the difference before choosing to reserve.
