Suite w/ lovely mountain views in private setting

This comfortable and bright in-home suite is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families/groups of up to 4 (children must be 12 and over). It includes 1 bedroom with a double bed, a full private bath, and an adjacent sitting room (second bedroom) with a futon couch that can accommodate two additional guests, 42" smart TV, workspace, and convenience area (mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave). The space The guest suite is on the north end of our contemporary colonial home's second floor. The bedroom includes a double bed, dresser and closet. The full bath is stocked with essentials. The sitting room has sun-filled, delightful easterly views and includes a futon couch that can accommodate 2 additional guests. The sitting room also has a smart TV, work space, and convenience area (mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave). Guest access We are 25 minutes from Burlington and 20 minutes from Burlington International Airport. We are 15 minutes to I-89. Our home is on a well-maintained dirt road, easily accessible from a main road. Guests are welcome to privacy in the guest bedroom, guest bathroom and guest sitting/TV room. Enjoy our front porch, yard and great walking trails in the woods. You will receive a key to the house for the duration of your stay. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 6:30 AM. Please review the house manual when you make a reservation. During your stay We are happy to provide you with area information and tips to help you enjoy your stay in the wonderful state of VT! Other things to note Hinesburg village has everything you need for groceries, restaurants, hardware, pharmacy, banks, and gas. We even have a brewery and medical center. Beautiful Burlington on Lake Champlain is a 25 minute scenic drive. Charming Montpelier and Middlebury are 50 minutes from here. There are many great outdoor activities nearby! We are 30 - 60 minutes from several wonderful ski areas - Bolton Valley, Mad River Glen, Sugarbush and Stowe. Camel's Hump mountain is very close for hiking. You can enjoy Lake Iroquois for swimming, fishing and boating, as well as nearby golf courses, cross country skiing, mountain biking, hiking (mountain and recreational trails), rivers for paddling and swimming, and swimming holes. There are a lot of fun indoor activities within a 30 minute drive, as well. Iconic Shelburne Farms and Shelburne Museum are close by and should not be missed.
