The neighborhood, quiet and tranquil, has retained its rural character with an exceptional view of the Puys chain (classified by UNESCO). Nearby: swimming pool, swimming and leisure facilities in Iloat, museums and hiking trails. All shops and entertainment in Thiers (Couttelia Art Knife Festival, Pamparina, visit to the medieval city, the valley of factories, the cutlery museum or the contemporary art center...). Easy access by the A 89 highway, Vichy and Clermont-Ferrand are 40 minutes away. The house consists of an equipped kitchen, a living room with dining room including a wood stove (wood provided free of charge), a bedroom with a 160 cm bed (or 2 80 cm beds) and a 90 cm bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a 160 cm bed (or 2 80 cm beds) and an entrance/laundry room. Outside you will enjoy garden furniture in a flat and shaded corner with children's games.
