Nestled above Smith Creek, this 2 BR apt overlooks Blackwell Point Marina, where you can enjoy boating* and sunsets right from your front door. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, Dishwasher, Microwave, and glass cooktop/oven. Two sitting areas include a 77" Smart TV. The spacious bath has a touchscreen mirror and a large rain shower. The MBR has a King bed, large closet, and TV. The guest BR has a Queen bed, a separate closet, and TV. A washer/dryer included. *Ask about slip rentals. Guest access The private apartment and deck are yours to use. Outside, There is a set of curly stairs from the deck to the Marina office which may need to be used from a separate side door, but we try to treat that as a special situation and rare occurance that you will rarely experience, if at all. (This is all OUTSIDE) Other things to note This is a working marina, so there will be some other customers parking and walking out the dock to get to their boat.
