Cozy and Calm Apartment in West Seattle

Our place is a cozy apartment in the bottom level of our home. We live in the house, so expect to hear us around, otherwise we plan to have little interaction with our guests. The apartment has a separate entrance, and a separate door to the unit that locks. Though it’s basement level, it’s bright and has plenty of windows. It is well located, nearby express and regular bus routes. It is also walkable to some local restaurants and bars. The space We like to think our little apartment is more a home away from home. It’s comfortable, with all the basic amenities you will need. The living area is spacious with a couch and TV. There is a small bar height table, and a standing desk can also be made available. We have an outdoor space with a deck and fire pit, this space can be made available by request. Other things to note No smoking indoors. We do have a cat and a dog that live in our space.
