Southtown Studio Apartment

This lovely studio apartment has all the comforts of home. Guest have their own driveway, porch, and keyless entry. The studio has a comfortable queen bed, sitting area with a futon if you need an extra bed, TV with Netflix, and a large bathroom with a tub/shower. The room has a kitchenette with everything you need to make meals. We welcome longer-term guests, including international students who are attending OSU. Guest access You will have your own bedroom, sitting area, bathroom and kitchenette. You will also have your own porch and private driveway. You won't have access to the other parts of the house. Other things to note We have an active house with two young children. There aren't any shared spaces with the air-bnb, but there are shared walls. While you are a guest, you will hear household noise during the day. Our kids usually sleep from 7pm-7am, so it is quieter here during those hours. Guests don't need to be quiet during those hours, but you'll hear less household noise during those hours.
