Guests will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center, resort style pools, fitness center and private tram service to the beaches of 30A. The Hub, a family hot-spot for entertainment, features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen which plays all types of sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops, including Luke Bryan’s new cigar shop, are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk. Prominence is perfectly placed right in the middle of Seaside & Seagrove Beach on the west and Alys & Rosemary on the east. 20 minutes to Pier Park. Take a leisurely stroll, cruise in a golf cart, or ride your bike down the scenic 30A streets - it’s the 30A way! The free Prominence Beach Tram runs to and from Santa Clara Beach, which is about 3.5 miles west of Prominence. It runs from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend between the hours of 9AM-4PM. The beach access point at Santa Clara offers parking, public restrooms and showers, and is watched over by Lifeguards during peak season. There are many nearby public beach access points surrounding Prominence on 30A. If you’re on foot, the nearest is Gulf Lakes Beach Access #7, half of a mile east of Prominence. Keep your eyes peeled as it can easily be missed. There is no parking at this access point. Less than a mile west of Prominence is Deer Lake State Park Beach Entrance (*closed for construction through August 2022). At Deer Lake, there is a small parking area at the beach access point (Approx. $3 for parking) equipped with porter potties. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a little lengthy but not too bad especially given the scenery; keep in mind that it is not lit up at night, so bring a flashlight if you plan to stay past sunset. Walton Dunes is another nearby beach access point with a shorter walk from the parking area to the beach which is easier if you’re with small children. Parking on the street is prohibited at Prominence. Please park in your designated parking spot(s). INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided. There are no condiments or spices left in this rental for sanitary purposes. Help is available 24/7 via several different methods such as text, phone and email. Please be aware the cleaning fee includes the cleaning fee, the reservation fee, the license fee, the parking passes and the wristbands. These fees are non-negotiable. The free activities offered are subject to availability and require a reservation through our concierge service, Xplorie. Once you make your booking, we will send you the instructions to easily reserve your complimentary admissions & perks! Although there is a very good chance of availability, they can sell out during peak seasons. We encourage you to make your reservations as much in advance as possible as we do not refund if they are sold out. Unused admissions expire daily. Starting March 1, 2022 Golf cart rentals by 30A Gulf Carts are permitted within the Prominence neighborhood. The rental of these carts is first come, first serve with limited availability. No other golf carts are permitted in Prominence other than 30A Gulf Cart rentals or carts owned by homeowners. Information on how to reserve your golf cart can be found in our app. Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, technical difficulties sometimes occur. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring a hotspot or an ethernet cord to plug into the router. No refunds are granted for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay, no exceptions.
