It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is just a short drive away from downtown Everett and the Everett station. I hope you enjoy your stay! The first floor features the office area/den, the guest toilet and the garage. You can access the home from garage and from the front door. The second floor has a spacious living room with comfortable seating, coffee table and a smart tv. There is a dining area and a dining set for 4 guests. The kitchen comes equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, pots, cutlery, plates, table mats and cooking utensils. The third floor has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds which each have their own bathrooms. There is also a washer and dryer on the third floor which is available for use. The home is close to a railway track so there is a little noise when a train occasionally passes by. The home features a keyless entry/door. A 4 digit entry code will be sent to you the day before your arrival. Use the entry code to unlock the front door. The home also features a garage. You can access the house via the garage. The access code for the garage will be sent to you before your arrival. You can access the office, guest toilet, living and dining rooms, the kitchen, the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. You can also use the coat room on the first floor for your outer ware and the shoe rack for your shoes. You will have the property all to yourself and you can reach me via the Airbnb app. I will do my best to reply immediately. The townhome is located in a beautiful and quiet housing community close to the snohomish river. There is a parking space in the garage. The garage only fits one car so parking is only guaranteed for one car. The easiest way to travel around Everett and the Seattle area is by driving. You can still get around with a car - the Everett transit station is only 15 mins away on foot and 5 mins away by driving. The station provides access to Seattle, lynnwood and other neighboring towns.
