This immaculate, custom-built Tybee Island home features 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 12 people. Enjoy luxurious details throughout and catch the sunrise over the ocean while sipping coffee from the third-floor balcony. The main floor of the home is on the 2nd level. Guests are greeted with a foyer with high ceilings and beautiful touches. The living area is framed by an all-brick fireplace and built-in bookcases that house a Flatscreen Tv in the bright and open living room. Step out from the living area to the grand screened porch - with dining for 8, and rocking chairs, and an outdoor sofa for relaxing with a wall-mounted TV for entertainment. Enjoy the Tybee breezes year-round on the screened porch. The kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances, with a large pantry, and an under-counter built-in ice maker. The kitchen table has seating for 6. There is a half-bath powder room on this level. All of the bedrooms are upstairs. The large, main Bedroom 1, is furnished with a King size bed, and a TV and has an attached outdoor covered balcony that has a great view of the ocean. The attached ensuite bathroom has dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a King bed, and a TV. Bedroom 3 is attached to bedroom 2, and has a Twin over Double bunk and a sleeper sofa and a wall mounted TV. Please note that the top bunk is for 80 pounds or less. There is a pocket door to separate these bedrooms. The Jack-N-Jill bathroom connects with Bedroom 4 and has 2 separate vanities and a tub and shower combination. Bedroom 4 is furnished with a Full sized bed. Bedroom 5, on this floor also has a Full sized bed. The ground-level includes a ping-pong table and cornhole boards, a detached laundry room with a full bathroom with shower (Bathroom 3), a gas grill for guest use, and a hot and cold outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Travel light when you stay with us! We have provided beach chairs, beach towels and a wagon for your short walk to the beach. Just a short stroll down 11th Terrace is the semi-private beach access boardwalk. Take a long stroll over the dunes to the sand on Tybee's mid-island beach. Stroll the shoreline southward to the Pier to experience the restaurants and shops nearby. Parking is available for up to 4 cars. WIFI is available. PETS: This home is not pet-friendly home. Guest access You have access to the entire home as well as the private, fenced in backyard. You are also situated on a private road (11th Terrace) which provides beach access for residents only. Other things to note Tybee is a small island, so there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance from Tide the Knot which is situated perfectly mid-island. Plus, you’re directly across the street from the only grocery store on the island. Bikes are a fun way to get around to explore the island. There are a couple of bike rental shops in town.
