Security & Safety (Required Disclosures) This property uses exterior cameras and noise-monitoring devices for safety: 8 exterior security cameras + 1 Ring doorbell All cameras face outward only and do not monitor any interior spaces. 1 camera overlooks the pool. 7 cameras monitor the property perimeter, driveways, front patio, and exterior structures. The cameras record video 24 hours a day. The Ring camera records audio. 1 garage camera (garage is not accessible to guests) 3 noise decibel monitors: inside, front porch, and pool area These devices measure noise levels only and do not record conversations. All devices are 100% privacy compliant. These systems help ensure guest safety, protect the home, and maintain neighborhood guidelines. Parking Garage is not available for guest use.
