The Studio Pilatus is 45sqm in size and has a living/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchenette and shower/WC and a private garden seating area with lake view. Guest access Inside the Seehotel Baumgarten you can use all the amenities: the lakeside area with sun loungers and parasols, the children's beach, the self-service kiosk and the playground. Other things to note The Kehrsitenstrasse is only passable with a driving permit. As a guest in the studio, you will receive the permit with your booking. In the summer months, Kehrsitenstrasse is closed to ALL motorised vehicles on Sundays from 2pm to 5pm. IMPORTANT: The Kehrsitenstrasse is very narrow, but has sufficient passing places.
