From here, large bi-folding doors can be pushed right back on warm days, and the space opens out onto a charming decked terrace with sea views. Whether you want to sit out with your book during the day, or with a glass of wine or two, it's the perfect spot to sit back and relax under the sun. The bedrooms have been finished with thoughtful touches in mind. The master bedroom on the second floor features a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and a modern en-suite with a shower. You'll also find large bi-folding doors, which open up onto a balcony with beautiful views of the water. Next door, there is a further double bedroom as well as a twin room with 2 singles on the first floor - both of which share a stylish bathroom suite with both a shower and bath. Guest access This is a two-storey townhouse with both floors accessed via stairs, so may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations. Guests will have access to the whole property. Other things to note Due to a severe allergy, we only allow non-shedding dogs e.g. Poodles and Poodle crosses. There is an additional fee of £20/dog (max 2). It is on the condition they are kept off sofas, beds and not left in the property unattended. There is a renovation project opposite the property, but the work is very sporadic and as such there the potential for very infrequent noise. . For fire safety reasons smoking and BBQs are not permitted anywhere on site, including the balconies. No parties or hen/stag dos are allowed.
