Other things to note Please be reminded that at the beginning of your stay we equip the apartment with essentials: dish washing liquid, hand soap, body wash, trash bags, etc. Any additional items you may need you'll be required to purchase for the rest of your stay (depending on the length of stay). You will not receive daily house cleaning. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. They should also be requested through the platform. We are constantly upgrading the apartments' appearance, so it may vary slightly than the pictures, although we try our best to refresh pictures simultaneously. Our internet and cable provider is Digicel, a very reputable company in the Caribbean. You can experience impacted services due to acts of God or other factors outside of our control. We ensure routine extermination, household pests (such as lizards, mosquitos, cockroaches, flies, ants, and mice), however, they may still enter the home if an opportunity presents itself. There is a fee associated with each missing/damaged item: Remote - $100 Towels - $50 Excessive make-up stains - $50 Linens - $50 Duvet - $50 Kitchenware - ($15 - $100) Burnt Furniture - $?
