Important information about the summer period During the summer months, as in most of Tuscany and areas with a hot and humid climate, mosquitoes and other seasonal insects may be present. This is a natural phenomenon linked to the climatic conditions of the area and not dependent on the property. To minimise the presence of insects inside the apartment, we recommend avoiding leaving doors and windows open for prolonged periods, especially in the evening and at night. Guests who are particularly sensitive to insect bites are advised to bring repellents, sprays or other personal protection products they deem appropriate. The occasional presence of mosquitoes or other insects typical of the summer season does not constitute a defect in the accommodation or a problem attributable to the property, as these are common and foreseeable environmental conditions in the area.
