Enjoy a mini getaway in our resort like oasis. Whether you want to sit around a fire at night or watch a movie in the air conditioned pool house! Enjoy a margarita by the pool or a nap on the hammock. Cook your own dinner on the private grill or order in! Relax in the hot tub or catch the game… from the hot tub! You can even watch an outdoor movie under a blanket in front of the outdoor gas fireplace! The space Our guesthouse is private to you. It sleeps 2 comfortably but could accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children. The beautiful outdoor area is shared with the owner and includes a pool, sauna, large fire pit, hammock, outdoor bar, outdoor living room with a gas fireplace, and hot tub. The air conditioned guesthouse includes a main living area with pull out couch overlooking the pool, a loft bedroom and a large bathroom with heated concrete floors throughout. There is an electric fireplace for added heat and coziness during the cold months! The guesthouse includes a keurig coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, mini fridge and BBQ with side burner. Please note that additional dishes / bowls / accessories for the BBQ are in the seasonal kitchen as well as a toaster oven, dishwasher, margaritaville blender and additional fridge space. Guest access You can use all lower outdoor space including the area underneath the deck. The upper deck is private to the owner. The big door of the seasonal kitchen/bar area rolls up like a garage door. The seasonal kitchen is more comfortable for food prepping and cleaning dishes. No hot tub after 11pm. Other things to note We have a dog, his name is Bruce and he loves to say hi and play! He is only 3 years old so if he ever bothers you, please let us know. The pool house has mirrored windows for your privacy during the day and remote control blinds for when you settle in at night. Please close the blinds at night. In the summer months, if you plan on leaving the patio door open, please turn off the A/C. The space will cool off very quickly once your turn it back on. The pool has an automatic cover. If you have children and feel more comfortable to have the cover closed when not swimming, please let us know otherwise the cover will be closed by 11pm. The stairs to the loft bedroom are narrow. The tools for cleaning the dishes are in the bathroom cabinet in the kitchen basket. The pool will remain open until after Thanksgiving weekend. Please follow us @timberwalkguesthouse
