The space This apartment is composed of an open kitchen with a living room and a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms with double beds. Terrace of 18m2 covered allowing to benefit from outside air even when the weather conditions are not at the rendezvous. The apartment includes a 140cm TV, internet in very high speed (fiber), a kitchen fully equipped and opened on the living room, a bathroom double basin and large cupboards. A washing machine and dryer are also at your disposal. On the night side, the apartment includes: - one bedroom with double bed - one another bedroom with double bed - a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room The accommodation is quietly set back from the street. An outdoor garden is also accessible. Other things to note -Check in time : between 4PM and 8PM -Check out time : 11AM /!\ No animals /!\ No smoking in the accommodation /!\ No parties ! Due to the resurgence of unauthorized parties taking place in the apartment, we charge € 400 for any additional cleaning required (garbage (cans, glasses, etc.), uncleaned dishes, fridge dirty, sticky floors and walls due to drinks fallen, etc.), as well as for any nuisance caused to the neighborhood (a decibel sensor is present in the apartment).
