This condo, located on the second floor, allows easy access to the white sandy beach either by stairs or elevator. Its prime location near Rosemary and Alys Beaches ensures proximity to charming coffee shops and restaurants. Unit 230, situated right on the beach, provides breathtaking views from the master bedroom, kitchen, and living room. The open plan dining and living areas are perfect for entertaining, and a large patio overlooks the Gulf. Parking: This unit comes with one assigned parking spot. Overflow parking is across the street. The overflow lot uses the same gate code. Other details to note: Guests will find a dumpster to the right of the entrance of the complex, after passing through the gate. This condo complex does not have a fitness center but there are many fitness centers close by that offer daily passes! Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed.
