MASTER BEDROOM The spacious and welcoming master bedroom, with classic style, is equipped with a window that illuminates it with natural light. The room is equipped with an air conditioning system to ensure fresh and healthy air, ideal for a regenerating rest after a day at the beach. The comfortable Queen Size mattress is the highlight of the room, thanks to its hypoallergenic sanitary fiber padding and independent springs that ensure adequate support and even weight distribution during sleep. In one of the two bedrooms, there is also a crib available for young guests. The large wardrobe with chrome metal hangers and practical hooks offers plenty of space to store clothes neatly and practically. You will also find custom compartments for all personal effects, from suitcases to small items. To make your stay even more comfortable, you will find extra sheets, blankets, and pillows available. SECOND BEDROOM (OR CHILDREN'S ROOM) The second bedroom (or children's room) is a cozy and comfortable environment designed to ensure a peaceful and relaxing rest. The room is equipped with two comfortable and spacious beds, with soft pillows and fresh and clean sheets. Next to the beds, you will find a large wardrobe where you can store your clothes and personal items, keeping them always neat and within easy reach. The room is also equipped with a soft and comfortable armchair where you can sit and read a book or relax. To ensure maximum comfort, the room is also equipped with an air conditioning system, which will allow you to adjust the temperature according to your needs. In this way, you can enjoy a always cool and pleasant environment, even on the hottest days of the year. Finally, the room is equipped with all the necessary accessories to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. You will find clean and soft towels, personal hygiene products, and everything you need to ensure a comfortable stay. The property is closed by a gate to ensure maximum safety and privacy for guests, and free private parking is available on the private road, which can accommodate several cars. Guest access We would like to inform our guests that all areas of the house described above are accessible and available during their stay. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible through the main gate. The surrounding private residences may be occupied during the summer season, however, all housing units enjoy privacy and mutual independence, ensuring a peaceful and serene stay. Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm, while check-out must be done by 10:00 am to facilitate cleaning and ensure access for the next guests. Our hosts are at your complete disposal to provide a 7-day, 24-hour assistance service, as they live in the adjacent house. In addition, to provide quick and efficient support at any time, we offer our guests an additional telephone support service. Ultimately, we are committed to providing our guests with a comfortable and unforgettable stay, offering a complete and efficient assistance service in a serene and welcoming environment. Other things to note 🛌 NUMBER OF BEDS REQUIRED: For reservations of two people, we usually prepare the bed in one room. If you wish to use the second room as well, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance. In this case, there is an extra charge of 30€ for additional linen. ✅ This applies only to reservations for 2 people. Those who have booked for 3 or more guests already have the supplement included and will not have to pay anything.
