Pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day only** The space The space is roughly 950 square feet with a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (1 full in the master bedroom). There is an oversized high framed porch overlooking the view to the ocean excellent for kids with a locking gate. Guest access There is one extra large parking spot marked for the property and plenty of parking outside the condo. Other things to note Please bring from home or rent bed linens (1 King, 3 Queen), beach towels, bath towels, pillow cases, paper products, toiletries. You are welcome to use any supplies at the condo already. The storage unit has 4 beach chairs and an umbrella. Additional rental items for the beach or linens can be rented at Ocean City Beach and Linen Rental on 78th street (1.5 miles North). They will also deliver for a fee. Registration details 28540
