Continue onto the balcony with a dining area and outdoor furniture. The apartment has two large bedrooms of 10 sqm and 13 sqm respectively. Here, you'll find wardrobe closets, nightstands, and blinds to regulate sunlight. The bathroom features a combination machine for both washing and drying. In addition to the apartment, complimentary access to a secure garage parking facility is available. Kindly inform us in advance if you require parking, so we can attempt to reserve a space for you. Please note that availability is limited, and we cannot guarantee a spot..
