The space Enjoy a stay with comfort, tranquility and style! Our studio was designed with great care to offer a unique experience in a clean, cozy and functional environment. We rent exclusively through Airbnb. We are located in a new and modern Cyrella building, which offers excellent infrastructure: a mini-market in the complex, a swimming pool with a waterfall, a fully equipped gym, game rooms, barbecue grills, party rooms, a coworking space with Wi-Fi, a mini pet place, a bike rack, and an OMO laundry. The barbecue grills and party rooms are only for long stays and require advance booking and an additional cost — consult the host. The studio has a beautiful view of the pool and waterfall, 1 comfortable full box bed, hot and cold air conditioning, a work space, indoor Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a full set of linens. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table, refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, water filter, Nespresso coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender and various utensils. We also provide a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The location is excellent, 5 minutes from the subway, and it is surrounded by services, restaurants, leisure options and 2 shopping centers (Morumbi Town and Jardim Sul). Guaranteed cleaning: We follow Airbnb's five-step cleaning protocol, developed with experts, to ensure your safety and well-being. Guest access Important information on the use of common areas and hosting rules: You will have access to the complete leisure area of the condominium. However, the ballroom, barbecue grills and pub must be rented separately only for longer stays, and it is necessary to inform the host in advance to check availability and continue the reservation, upon payment of the fee stipulated by the condominium. The OMO laundry operates through an app, with a charge per wash and on-site instructions for use. There's a tank for free use if you need it. Important: There is no parking space available, and renting inside the condominium is not allowed. Reservations and visits by/for third parties are not allowed, unless the host has given prior, express permission. An additional amount will be charged in case of unauthorized overnight stay. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in either the studio or the building. Pay attention to the rules for using the pool, as per the condominium guidelines.
