Love Punakaiki is a couples retreat located in a treehouse, which also houses 3 smaller units, in 3 hectares of NZ bush. The 2 storey apartment has a treetop library with a glass ceiling so you can relax in the canopy of bush while admiring the stars at night. Relax in the bath on the deck with Rimu trees growing through it, surrounded by native bush and listen to the sounds of native birds and the ocean which is nearby. A magical escape which is truly unique. The space Located in 3 hectares of native NZ, the two storied apartment features a tree top library with a glass ceiling so that you can relax in the canopy of the bush whilst admiring the stars at night. Within easy walking distance of the beautiful Truman Track and the spectacular Punakaiki coastline. Listen to the sounds of the ocean and the native birds whilst soaking in the treetop bath...... absolute relaxation! Guest access Guests stay in a large, 2 story, fully equipped apartment, incorporating a full kitchen and bathroom. The apartment also features a treetop library and a treetop deck with an outside bath. There is access to a guest laundry which is shared with the other three smaller accommodation units onsite. There is ample off street parking and the house is located within close walking distance to the beautiful Truman Track. Other things to note Please note that there are no grocery stores close to Punakaiki and there are only two places to eat out. The Punakaiki Tavern serves dinner up until approx 9pm, and the Punakaiki Cafe is open for dinner only in the summer months. We recommend that you bring food supplies with you. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking but you will need to bring necessary groceries. Tea, coffee and milk is supplied. Breakfast is available at the Punakaiki Tavern and the Punakaiki cafe as is lunch.
