This Private Bed & Bath provides an airy and comfortable space, and located in a very quiet community. The Shared Areas are open, while providing plenty of light with large windows in almost every room. The host has equipped this place for both short and long-term stays — kitchen, washer and dryer with designated parking included. Also,I have a small, well-behaved Havanese (a dog), who is hypoallergenic. She never barks and will only be in the shared areas, and never on the 2nd floor. The space ~ For Covid and flu concerns guest must have good hygiene with frequent hand-washing and/or the use of sanitizer ~ Extra care while cooking in the Kitchen ~ No shoes on staircase and 2nd floor carpeting. Guest access Private Bedroom, Bath Room and Walk-in Closet – Plus Bonus Room (Semi-Private Living Area). Shared areas: Kitchen, Dining and Laundry. Also includes assigned parking. Host will provide entry door key upon arrival. During your stay Initial show introduction with guest and tour of private and shared areas. Other things to note Located less that a couple miles from a plethora of shopping centers, from Walmart and Target to Kohl's , TJ Maxx and Ross and a beautiful outdoor mall. There so many restaurants to choose from, which would satisfy almost anyone's taste or their preferred cuisine. These options include, Americana, Southern, Mexican, Asian, Jamaican, Mediterranean, Italian, Seafood, Surf & Turf, etc. -- And all of the fast-food you can imagine. If guests would prefer to do their own cooking, the same convenience to grocery stores are also available, including Publix, Kroger, Costco, Sam's and Aldi -- Not to mention the Walmart and Target are Super Stores. There are also walking trails just outside the community, and the performing arts center about a mile away.
