Balance on the Lake | A Corner for the Soul

We invite you to escape the busyness of life and leave the chores and to-do lists behind as you relax, recharge and balance by the lake at our holiday home. Nestled partly in the ground, the lower-level apartment is the perfect earthy retreat where you can hide away from all stress and worries of life. This apartment is very warm and intentionally designed with natural earthy finishes of wood, exposed brick and a darker muted colour palette so that you can cocoon away from the outside world. The space The perfect place to deeply nourish your body and soul as you embrace a slower pace of life. Black-out blinds in the bedroom mean that you can sleep in for as long as you need. The large and comfortable sofa in the living room invites you to relax with your favourite book under a soft blanket and freshly brewed aromatic coffee or delicious tea - absolute bliss! If you’re looking for a truly relaxing hideaway and retreat where you can rest and forge deeper connections with yourself, nature and each other then the Soul Den is waiting for you. Soul Den is designed to ideally accommodate 2 people, however, it could be comfortably occupied by a maximum of 4 people with a large sofa bed in the living room. Soul Den consists of: - open plan large living room and kitchen (large sofa, TV, dining table, coffee table, fully equipped kitchen, kitchen island, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine with a dryer, oven with microwave function) - separate bedroom (double bed, two bedside tables, cupboards - corridor with double wardrobe and extra large mirror - bathroom with shower Amenities - dishwasher, fridge with freezer, washing machine with tumble dryer, oven with microwave function, iron and ironing board, - fresh linen and towels, prepared for the specified number of guests (two or four), - air-conditioning (cooling in the summer and heating in winter), - access to free wifi, - private off-road parking (behind a locked gate). We accept well-behaved pets, but kindly please keep them off the furniture (beds, sofas, etc.) Guest access The entire apartment is at guests' disposal, with a private bathroom and kitchen. If an apartment on the first floor (Mind Oasis) is also rented at the same time, then guests from both apartments have access to the garden and parking lot. Other things to note The house is newly renovated and intentionally designed with high-end finishes and bespoke touches. From the fully equipped kitchen to the gorgeous high-quality cotton sheets and organic mattresses for blissful sleep. Every detail has been thought through and designed to really support your relaxation and holistic well-being. The house comprises two separate and distinct apartments (on the lower floor is Soul Den and on the upper floor is Mind Oasis), each has an independent entrance. The property is located on a private plot, which is fully fenced off, with lockable gates. There is a garden, patio area, and two car parking spaces available for our guests. We welcome guests all year round. The whole house is air-conditioned (in winter air-conditioning functions as heating), and there is free wifi to keep you connected if needed.
