Beautiful studio on private beach

The condo is located right on the beach and was just recently renovated. It has a spectacular ocean and city view! The condo is in a wonderful location because it’s very close to Aventura Mall and there’s a 35 minute drive to both Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Miami International Airport. The condo is comfortable and hospitable. There are 2 queen size beds, 1 full bathroom, a kitchenette, a flat screen TV and a dining table. Free Wi-Fi is also provided during your stay. The space Our condo is perfect for: -Small Family Travel -Friends Traveling -Business Travelers -Conference Attendees The condo features: -Two queen size beds -1 Nightstand -Flat screen TV -2 Closets -Kitchenette -Full bathroom with tub We have a total of 2 beds, which is why the maximum amount of guests allowed is 4. Beach/pool towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler and a beach ball are provided in the condo for your convenience. Additionally, there is a laundry room located on the lower lobby of the building. We have central AC in the condo. The kitchen is modern, well furnished and equipped with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and a filter coffee machine. Guest access Take a dip in our resort-style pool, enjoy the poolside bar and grill, sunbathe in our beach chairs, workout at the building’s fitness center, or get out there and enjoy everything our city has to offer! Other things to note Check in time: From 3:00pm-10:00pm Check out time: 10:00am IMPORTANT: Due to COVID-19 No visitors, No people gatherings, No parties are allowed inside of the condo. Please note the following: -Guests provide their own meals. -Daily cleaning is not provided (may be optional at an additional cost). -Dish soap and sponge, as well as toilet paper and paper kitchen towels are provided on the first day only. -Non smoking only. -Pet must be under 20 lbs. -ATM on site. Parking: The building has valet parking upon your arrival. If you book less than 9 days valet will be $20 a day, but if you book 10 days or more valet will be $10.
