By booking this, we offer one “private” studio apartments in the “same” building. Our apartment is in Prime Midtown Location near Herald Square (34th street) Apartment displayed in the listing picture or similar units (entire place) will be assigned to your stay unless you inquire the specific unit prior to your reservation. Washer and dryer are available in the building at extra cost. The laundry room is located on the main (ground) floor at the back of the building. A laundry card is provided free of charge for all guests staying in our 31st Street units only. The card is kept behind the room door. You may use it during your stay and simply return it to the same place before check-out. You only need to add credit to the card in order to use the washers and dryers. During your stay Our team is available at the Select Reception for check-in and any questions during your stay. We are also reachable via Airbnb message or phone 24/7 for any support you may need. Other things to note - Our apartment is inside "Class B" Hotel certified mixed-use apartment building, meaning your short-term stay is absolutely "legal" unlike other Airbnb apartments in NYC. - This is NOT a luxury property. If that is important to you, do not book this. This historic landmark building (The National Register of Historic Place) was built in 1868! - Guests are required to show a photo ID for identification upon arrival and receive one-page standard rental agreement, which must be signed prior to check-in. - Early check-in may be allowed upon request, depending on availability; however, as a courtesy we often allow for guests to leave luggage in the suite during cleaning hours at no cost. - We do our best to give you the suite of your choice. In rare instances, we will have to change the suite assignment on your reservation. We do promise an equivalent or an upgrade to the one you have booked. Pet Policy: $75 per pet, per stay (max 2 pets). Airbnb may not calculate this automatically. If you are bringing more than one pet, the second pet fee will be added separately after booking.
