Then we welcome you in our apartment in Wendisch Rietz, only 70km from the centre of Berlin. Our recently built apartment with its two bedrooms, spacious bathroom, kitchen and living area, terrace with heated hot tub, sauna and view of the surrounding nature, invites you to relax. The space Our apartment is the perfect place for your holiday in the countryside of Brandenburg, only a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Scharmützelsee lake and 70 KM from the centre of Berlin. The house consists of two separate flats, which have recently been built and furnished with much dedication to our guests.  The ground-level flat (no steps in the flat, there are only 2 small steps from the car park to the flat) is more than 70 sqm and is equipped with underfloor heating. It consists of two bedrooms, a bright bathroom with floor-level shower, open fully equipped kitchen with living and dining area and adjoining ground-level terrace with heated hot tub and sauna overlooking the countryside.  The two bedrooms are equipped with a large waterbed (220 x 200) in the one room and two separate futon beds (90 x 200) in the other. In addition, if you are traveling with a small child, we will be happy to provide you with a travel child's bed. We can also provide another sleeping option in the living room in the form of a comfortable sofa bed. Of course, you will also find enough space to store your personal belongings thanks to the high-quality wardrobes. To give you a wellness experience, we have built the bright and spacious bathroom with high-quality materials and equipped it with a floor-level shower and two washbasins. But that's not all, because you are also invited to use our beautiful heated hot tub and sauna on the terrace while enjoying the surrounding nature. As we want to make you feel at home, we have equipped our kitchen with everything you need for a culinary experience, like: Microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, oven, fully automatic coffee machine, ceramic hob with four cookers. You can then enjoy your meals in absolute comfort with your family or friends at the large dining table.  The perfect place to relax is the adjoining living area. Thanks to the comfortable sofa, LCD TV, armchair and the free-standing wood fireplace, you can spend pleasant hours together. You can also use our board games and books at any time.  For guests arriving by car, we provide a parking space for one car directly in front of the accommodation. Do you like to spend time in nature and swimming is one of your passions? Then the nearby lake Scharmützel, which is only a 10-minute walk from the holiday flat, is very suitable for this. You can explore the nature of the region on foot or by bike.  Come and visit us and let yourself be enchanted by the diversity and beauty of our holiday region.  Guest access Guests have unrestricted access to the entire flat and the terrace area. Other things to note Bed linen/towels are included. The use of the hot tub and sauna is also included. Sauna towels and infusion oil are available for you.
