Guest access As soon as you have checked in, the whole place along with all the facilities (mentioned below) will all be yours to use. We will not enter the apartment without your permission. We always try to welcome our guests in person but in case we are not able to, this will not be an issue as this is a self check-in/out flat. A link to detailed instructions will be sent to you day before your arrival. We also provide you with lots of tips like places to visit along with foods and drinks to try in Hanoi just to give you a bit of extra help in familiarising yourself with the city. Other things to note As previously noted, the apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building. Since the building has been there for quite some time, I am afraid that there is no lifts available in the building. The stairs are fairly flat and bright though so I hope the stairs won't trouble you that much. Due to the location being right in the Old Quarter area, do expect some noise in the morning and weekend but with our soundproof windows, we have managed to keep the level of noise to a "quiet home" level (measured by Decibel X) so it has definitely dampened the noise really well. Having been asked by many of our previous guests, we can help you arrange airport pickup/dropoff at additional cost; we use new, clean cars with experience drivers to make sure of your safety. The driver knows the place already so you won't need to find the place yourself. But if you like to just to get a snapshot of what you're about to experience in Hanoi then taking the bus won't be such a bad idea.
