Ciao! Welcome to the Comfy Apartment! If you are looking for a place to relax, take some time for yourself, breathing fresh air, discovering Ticino and close to Lugano city that’s the right spot for you! We are Claudio & Family and we love sharing our cozy flat with people from all over the world! Colors and open air will make u breath'nd re-connect! We do our best to curate the space with an homy touch for guests to relax and take the natural beauty of the garden and the surroundings. The space This is a cool small and just renovated cozy apartment for long or short term stays and it’s the perfect escape for couples and solo travelers! The Comfy Apartment is an excellent location if you want to discover Ticino. Plenty of mountains near by and beautiful spots to visit and enjoy by foot or bike! And so many hiking trails to choose from at your right pace, depending on how you feel and like! We did our best to create a cozy, well stocked apartment with everything you need to unwind! At the same time keeping an easy feeling like being home! oh well, everything except for a couch :) yes we unfortunately DO NOT HAVE ONE, and the only reason is that there is no way to make one fit into the space! Sorry about that! The garden has a couple of chaise lounges perfect for morning coffee, reading a book or get some sunshine! We also have an outdoor table looking at the big apple tree which you are more than welcome to use for an awesome breakfast or lunch bare foot! Throughout the day and seasons, as the light and temperature change, you’ll be able to find shade or sun depending on your preference! Lugano downtown is 8km away by car Freeway 5 km away Close to several train stations easy to reach by bus Bus stop to and from Lugano and around 50 meters away the house **Big plus: In case you don’t feel like driving we have a 1 minute walking distance bus stop that connects you to Lugano and many other places nearby. Many guests have said that’s pretty awesome so it's worth to mention it here! You will have a separate entrance and a surrounding garden exclusive for you to use! During spring and summer time it is an awesome blessed spot for a breakfast, meal or sunshine kiss! Feel free to enjoy it at your best use! The apartment is walking distance to the Origlio lake where you can take some walks around or exercise surrounded by nature! The beautiful Lugano, is 9 km away. Also Ascona, Locarno, Morcote just to mention some, are very easy to reach from the apartment. All of them have their peculiarities and they offer great options for having fun, dining, shopping, art strolling and plenty of bars and cafés to grab a drink or coffee! We also have San Bernardino pretty close if you are snow lovers! Other things to note We are very sorry but we can not allow pets inside the apartment. We do love animals and we are pet owners ourselves. We do not want to have awkward situations regarding this matter therefore please do not book our apartment if you want to have your pets with you. We will not make exceptions other than certified service dogs. Thank you for understanding. It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. Allowed in the garden. We have only 1 parking spot available for our AirBnb guests. Please note in case you will arrive with two cars you will have to park the second car far away from the apartment and most likely it will be in a paid public parking.
