This beautiful, newly renovated one bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Prospect Heights. It's surrounded by other trendy neighborhoods such as Park Slope, Clinton Hill, and Williamsburg. It’s a few blocks away from the iconic Brooklyn Museum, the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, and Brooklyn staple- Prospect Park. Our space is also centrally located to the Barclays Arena, home of the Brooklyn Nets and fabulous venue. The space This newly renovated one bedroom apartment boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz countertop and a peninsula for eating, a 50 inch 4K Smart TV featuring Verizon Fios with access to Hulu, Netflix, and HBO, a queen sized bed, and beautiful bathroom with a glass shower enclosure. Our comfortable chaise sectional is ideal for those guests traveling with a child. The apartment also features a spacious desk for those who may need to do a little work outside the office. Guests will be able to enjoy the beautiful garden that will surely give a feeling of serenity. Not to mention the garden is ideal for a lazy afternoon or al fresco dining. The garden is also used by the owner who lives in the main house. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire private apartment as well as the shared garden space. With less than a 20 minute train ride into New York City and walking distance to more than 10 major train/bus lines, you'll always have something to do! Right around the corner is Vanderbilt Avenue, our very own “restaurant row.” During the weekends, you can enjoy a nice stroll to the Farmer’s Market at Prospect Park. There is free street parking for those guests arriving with a vehicle.
