The space A spacious (1,100 sq ft) and welcoming 3-bedroom cottage just outside of Minden, ON (2.5 hours from downtown Toronto). The property features a deck spanning the length of the cottage, a large lawn with a fire pit and outdoor chairs, and 120 feet of frontage onto Gull River. This sandy beach is exclusively for your use during your stay. The cottage can sleep up to ten adults. Bedroom 1: 1 x queen bed Bedroom 2: 1 x queen bed Bedroom 3: 1 x bunk bed, double on bottom, single on top Common area: 1 x sofa bed Bunkie (not heated): 1 x queen bed The common area has ample seating, a wood stove (firewood not provided), and a Smart TV for lazy, rainy days. There is a large dining table with chairs, plus seating outside for outdoor dining. The kitchen has a microwave, kettle, coffeemaker, and dishes. Firewood is not provided. The cottage does not include boats or floaties, but you are welcome to bring your own. If you do, please remember to also bring a life jacket for every member of your group.
