A great view of the lake, and lots of light. 5 Minutes to MSTF mountain bike, and cross country ski trails, and "Top of the World" wedding venue. 40 mins to world class mountain biking (kingdom trails), and 40 minute drive to ski resorts Burke and Jay Peak. 3.4 miles to Newport Country Club. Great place to get away from it all, yet still near amenities. The space Long views down lake Memphremagog and into Canada. Plenty of space for a large family Guest access There is a fairly large lawn for lawn games. Other things to note We have a newly added EV level 2 charger
