The space Live like a local and experience privacy, peace & quietness, and the comforts of home! Quality and value is maintained at this stay. It is a stylish space with thoughtful touches that is super clean, fully furnished, and kissed with attention to detail sure to exceed your expectations of hospitality. It is a great location to escape the city noise and bright lights. So, come and sit under the stars in Ruidoso! The loft is one bedroom located on the third floor and second bedroom and bathroom on the second floor of my 3 story home. I live on the first floor. And the second and third floor are reserved for guests. There is a private entrance for guests on the second floor. My home is an approximately 2000 square foot unit. It is located on .5+ acres of unfenced natural landscape nestled high in the Lincoln National Forest. My place boasts two balconies where guests can soak up the southwestern sun and breath the clean mountain air! Business professionals inquire about office space. Equestrian travelers, weekenders, lovebirds and small families welcome too! Parking available in shared driveway. *Guests do not share this reservation with other guests. Some spaces may be shared with me and/or a family member (i.e. second floor, bathroom, yard, driveway). Guest access Alpine Village is a HOA community but all visitors are welcome. Walking around the neighborhood is encouraged and bring your bicycles if you're feeling adventurous! During your stay I respond quickly through the app and will be available through mobile phone for questions, directions, and entry to my home. I'm an actual host and plan to meet you personally. I live on the first floor and its likely that we'll cross paths. Other things to note Please include and account for ALL guests during booking. Including pets. Non-refundable charge per pet is $50. Pets cannot be left at the house unattended *See House Rules for pet restrictions Caution: traveling pets could be exposed to unknown or undisclosed viruses and/or carriers of Canine Parvovirus, Canine Coronavirus, Rabies, fleas, ticks, etc. Children's and pet items available upon request. Some features of my home are dangerous for children and pets. My place is suitable for children and pets with adult supervision. Locals must contact host before booking. Review fee schedule in House Rules. Linens are washed with "free and clear" detergents and softener. *Due to our recent global circumstances and a good faith effort to ensure safety, some bedding, linens, and décor is limited or not available in the space. Some roads and driveway are paved with gravel and/or natural rock. Terrain can be washed out and/or uneven. 4X4 may be necessary, so please inquire about road conditions. Some spaces may be shared with me and/or a family member (i.e. second floor, yard, etc.) Breakfast is "grab 'n' go" and items will vary. Your own groceries are welcome.
