Thanks to the orientation of the windows to the west, you will enjoy spectacular sunsets. And if you're lucky enough to have an inversion, you'll literally find yourself "above the clouds" and you'll be looking at the white sea below you. We are an oasis of peace. If you are looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of the big city and do not want to be disturbed by the nightlife of tourist centers, you will be like in a cotton wool with us. The apartment is a perfect choice for couples, families with children and active athletes. The space MODERN APARTMENT 2 + kk WITH A VIEW Enjoy the comfortable facilities in our 39 m² apartment, which is designed to provide maximum comfort for couples and smaller families. DISPOSITION AND SLEEP: Separate bedroom: the dominant feature is a large, comfortable double bed for your undisturbed sleep and a spacious wardrobe, where all your sports and civilian clothes can easily fit. Living room: A bright room with a sofa that can easily be used as an extra bed for additional guests or children. Dining area: The living area includes a dining table for 4 people, ideal for breakfast together before a trip. Modern bathroom and toilet: includes a spacious shower (hair dryer available). The toilet is in a separate room which is entered from the hallway. UNBEATABLE FACILITIES AND AVAILABILITY Barrier-free access: The way from the parking lot to the apartment is completely without stairs. A modern elevator will take you comfortably to the first floor - ideal for families with strollers or guests with reduced mobility. Own storage room on the ground floor: The apartment has a safe, lockable space. Feel free to store your skis, sledges, bikes or stroller here. Your equipment will be dry and locked. Top facilities and practical equipment We want you to have everything you need during your holiday, so the apartment is fully equipped for longer stays: Connectivity & Entertainment: Fast and stable Wi-Fi (also suitable for home office) and Smart TV in the living room. Gourmet kitchen: You will find everything for full-fledged cooking - a fridge-freezer, a glass-ceramic hob, a multifunctional oven (combination of microwave and hot air), a kettle and a toaster. Basic detergents are a matter of course. Coffee lovers can choose: Both a capsule Nespresso coffee machine and a traditional moka pot are available. Washing machine and dryer Hotel-type comfort: At the reception of building C, which can be reached by a connecting corridor, you can use a self-service washing machine and dryer. PARKING The apartment has its own dedicated parking space marked A7 (according to the apartment number), which is adjacent to building A. If you do not come by a four-wheel drive car, we recommend that you include snow chains in the winter. Although the driveway is usually well maintained, luck favors the prepared. Other things to note Take advantage of our strategic location on the border of the Jizera Mountains and the Krkonoše Mountains, from where it is not far to anywhere. With us, you are not tied to one place - you can discover something new every day! 🥾 Hiking and cycling: Right from the door of the apartment you can go for quiet walks or mushroom picking in the surrounding forests. If you long for real mountain hiking, just drive to Rokytnice and connect to the Krkonoše ridge (you should not miss the blueberry dumplings at Dvoračky). Due to the mountainous profile, we recommend cycling to more experienced riders or owners of electric bicycles. ❄️ Winter: Skiing for everyone Slopes nearby (within 15-20 min): For the more demanding: Rokytnice nad Jizerou (5 - 10 minutes), Harrachov (20 minutes) or Paseky nad Jizerou (10 minutes). For families with children: Vysoké nad Jizerou (children's ski lift) or Příchovice (U Čápa). Running tracks: Our tip is the location around the Štěpánka lookout tower. In recent years, the tracks have been regularly modified and there is more peace and quiet than on the Highway. The routes are playful and varied (you can recharge your batteries at the Hvězda cottage). From here you can connect directly to the Jizera main road almost without taking off your skis. Other popular places: Classic boarding points on the Jizerská Magistrála are Jizerka and Souš. The famous Polish Jakuszyce with a biathlon complex and modern facilities, where you can try both racing and hiking trails.
