Note:3-day minimum Dec.15-Jan 10 and major holidays. Guest access You will have access to this beautiful unit. No one is above you or below you. The shared communal areas include the pool/spa and BBQ area. Our neighbors are wonderful and are often helpful, should you need a local tip. Other things to note We have taken extra care to ensure a fresh clean stay. We provide a set of towels per guest, should you need more we encourage you to bring them. We do not supply beach towels and highly suggest you pack them for any water activities. In the winter, please view the road and weather conditions prior to departure. Four-wheel drive or chains may be required. The heaters are new and highly efficient. They work great, please be patient as they take time to warm up. Once they reach the desired temperature setting, you’ll be quite comfortable. In the summer we provide two cold-air cooling fans. Place freezer pack with water in the basin of the vertical fan system, turn on and it will cool the area nicely. Refill/repeat, as necessary.
