We are a short 4 minute drive to town, 15 minutes to Douglas Apsley, 30 minutes to Freycinet & 25 minutes to the East Coast Wine Region. The living room, kitchen and master bedroom have unique and captivating views overlooking Diamond Island while the rest of the property overlooks the wilderness. The house is surrounded by wildlife including the famous fairy penguins across the road and you can often spot echidnas, wombats, deers, birds and whales out one of the windows.
