Nice quiet house offering a relaxing stay for the whole family and friends. A few steps away, you have DIRECT access to the beach with its playground, the port of GIFFAUMONT, restaurant, shops, water activities and JOA casino... Numerous activities nearby: wildlife and flora watching, train, mini golf, pedal boat, tree climbing, fishing, sightseeing boat, sailing, water sports, electric boat without license. Possibility to park the car near the house. The space The house offers views of the lake and beach. You have DIRECT access to the beach a few meters from the house. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed (two seats), an open kitchen, fully equipped (electric stove, fridge (with freezer), microwave, mini oven, dishwasher, dishes (adults and children), filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle... On the ground floor: - A bathroom with shower and toilet. - A first bedroom with a double bed (140*190) with dressing room. - A second bedroom with two beds (90*190) with dressing room, possibility of bringing them together. - A sofa bed in the living room with the possibility of two beds Upstairs: - A bedroom with two beds (90*190) with a clothes rack, possibility of pushing them together. - Bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Outside, the chalet has a grassy area where children and adults can play and relax in the deckchairs. Guests can take advantage of the terrace with its garden furniture and umbrella to share a meal with its charcoal barbecue (to be provided). You have at your disposal a clothes rack, iron, hair dryer, childcare equipment (high chair – baby bed – children's dishes) and board games, outdoor games... Regarding cars, you can put two vehicles along the chalet or in the parking lot reserved for guests just below 30 meters away. Linens are provided. Bathroom linens are to be provided.
