CCTV with electrified perimeter fence, guards patrol the estate as well man the entrance gatehouse maintaining safety and security The space The sunny, light & airy space is luxuriously fitted out with all that you would require, high quality 100% cotton sheets and Egyptian cotton towels are provided, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, kettle and toaster has all you would need should you wish to cook up a storm, with breakfast cereals, oats, eggs, bread, yoghurt, fruit juice, sugar, pepper, salt, coffee, tea, biscuits and rusks provided. A selection of wines are provided on a cash basis in the bar area to make life easy. Fresh Basil may be picked from patio planter. Note: Breakfast is from cereals, oats, coffee, tea and milk provided, anything other is self-catered. The master bedroom bed is a King Size Extra Length (option mostly not available elsewhere). USB charging ports are located on either side of the bed in the master bedroom as well in each other room as well which makes adapters superfluous. A mini safe is available for guests use in the master bedroom closet. Guest access Entire apartment comprising a large master bedroom and bathroom en-suite, a second bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, a spacious living room and open plan kitchen and bar with patio accessed by double french doors. The couch configures a sofa bed which enables 5 people to sleep comfortably in the apartment. A flat screen TV with DSTV sport, news, music and movie channels is in the lounge for entertainment. Two covered dedicated parking bays are allocated for guest use. A maximum of two vehicles shall be permitted entry to the estate. Other things to note Only guests who are checked-in are permitted in the estate.
