Le Locle: nice cozy apartment

On the third floor of a 1899 building without elevator, this cozy apartment of 88 m2 and 2.7 m ceiling height, offers all the comforts you need! The apartment is particularly bright. Located close to the city center, all amenities are within walking distance. Residents will all have free access to the canton's public transportation and a selection of museums (Neuchâtel Tourist Card). Our guests are completely independent, but we remain at their disposal! The space The first bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed and plenty of storage as well as a desk. The second bedroom is equipped with two 80 cm beds, a closet and a desk. The living room offers a dining area and a TV area (Swiss and French channels among others). Hidden under the TV, a Wi-Fi connected laser printer will allow residents to print documents. The sofa can be transformed into a very comfortable 160 cm bed with real mattresses. The kitchen is very functional with an oven, microwave, induction hobs, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink and toilet. A wide corridor serves all of these rooms and ends with a "hidden" and cozy reading corner! Guest access The entire apartment is accessible to our guests, who are totally independent. Other things to note The apartment is located on the third floor without elevator access. It is therefore difficult to access for people who have difficulty climbing stairs.
