Home in Erskine

This beautiful home sat empty for 25 years and now has been renovated back to it's former beauty. Hard wood floors, stain glass windows, open staircase, pocket doors and a front porch to relax on. You will love the charm of this home, sitting in front of a cozy fireplace and reading that book you have wanted to relax with. The bedroom suite has it's own private bathroom connected to your bedroom. A queen size bed with tv, microwave, iron and coffee pot will make you feel right at home. The space This home sits on the shore of Oak Lake right outside of Erskine, MN. Enjoy a walk down by the water and swing, while watching the birds migrate south. A large yard surrounds the home with a quiet country road to take a walk on. If you love history, I would be happy to share with you the story of the Uggen family who built this home or show you some of the artifacts we found while digging in the basement. You don't want to miss this beautiful country home. Your bedroom is located on second floor. Guest access Self check in at the front door with a key, park anywhere in the yard that is convenient. During your stay Please feel free to contact me before 10 pm and no earlier than 8 am. Other things to note I do live here but have my own area that I reside in so you can have your privacy. At times I will be in the kitchen to cook. I live right next to HWY 2 so you may hear some traffic while sitting outside. I also work full time so the place is yours to enjoy. The hot tub is not available oct 1st to May 1st.
