The Cocoonr agency offers you to rent, in Ventron, this charming house of a surface of approximately 35 m ² and being able to accomodate to 2 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 15 m², open-plan kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of about 2 000 m². Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you ! The space The accommodation is composed as follows : Ground floor : - A living room of 15 m² with a dining table and a double sofa bed. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - A shower room with shower, washbasin, towel dryer and WC. Night space on the first floor (accessible by a staircase) : - Bedroom 1: A double bed (140×190) with TV and access to terrace. Outside : - A beautiful garden of 2 000 m². - A terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. The house is ideally located in Ventron, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the outside car park in front of the house. As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you : - Nearest train station : Mulhouse station (1h) - Nearest airport : Mulhouse airport (1h15) Other remarks : - The property is not suitable for young children due to the steep staircase. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Barbecue not allowed on the wooden terrace of the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
